LEE AUSTIN
Operations Director & Master Locksmith
Lee has been with ASAP Locksmiths since mid 2020, but has been a locksmith for over 25 years.
Interesting Fact: Lee once worked on a nuclear reactor that was in the process of being decommissioned for the Imperial College of London’s site in Sunninghill Berkshire, where he had to get fully clothed in hazmat style protective clothing to work on a door lock in the dangerous zone!
With over 25 years’ experience in the field, Lee works in a vast variety of environments. From world champion golfers’ private residences at the prestigious Wentworth golf course, to MOD Gibraltar Barracks in Camberley and the Imperial College of London, to name but a few.
Lee also has an assured familiarity of local businesses and a rapport with many people across the South West, being the former owner/director of Exeter Locksmiths.

FRANCESCA AUSTIN
Finance and Operations Manager
Francesca has been with ASAP Locksmiths since December 2020, but in the trade for 13 years.
Her hobbies include stand up paddle boarding, snow skiing, and working out. Her interests are child development and gaining optimal health. Francesca can be known to be a bit of a daredevil, and has jumped out of a chinook helicopter at 12,000 feet high, which she said was exhilarating!
BEN SADLER
Locksmith
Ben has been in the trade for the past 3 years and has quickly become an expert in the field. Ben enjoys travelling, snooker and rummaging through stuff to sell on Ebay!
